Vida Baking Co. - Ashland

Went for breakfast this morning with my friend who has celiac disease and it was absolutely delightful! We tried almost 10 different items and there was not one that I wouldn’t eat again, you really can’t go wrong. The cheesy biscuits were the crowd favorite!!! Friendly staff and nice atmosphere, I will most definitely be back.

I love the food hate the customer service.They also need to order more products so they don’t run out of items on the menu.I work in Ashland and I try to order a sandwich on my lunch to go to avoid the long lines they currently have but I am now told I cannot do that unless I pay over the phone. I find that very bad customer service. And it will keep me from ordering there.

So happy I found this little spot! Absolutely delicious! Definitely recommend coming here! First time stopping and I went back a couple hours later! Sandwiches and treats were so scrumptious! I will definitely stop anytime I come through Ashland!

I have never had such incredible gluten-free food before, and the most authentic Brazilian cuisine in the Pacific Northwest!

The food was delicious and all the options were gluten free! I returned to this restaurant multiple times during my visit to Ashland. I highly recommend it.
