Contribuiți la feedbackVery interesting brewery, with a lot of draft beers and other drinks. Also there are pools and other games. About 20 beers (and cider or drinks are available in a very funny self draft experience in which you can taste a small quantity of all these beers, and you pay (they give you a special card fot this only the quantity you actually drink. So, with 5 or 10 (depends on how much you drink , you can taste several beers. Some additional special beers are only available at the bar. Some food is also available (but we did not get it; specialty, here, is the beer... . So beer was great, and the experience even more!
Really nice place. Three large areas: front with bar, pool tables and beer taps back with games and more seating and the back patio for sunshine and corn hole. Here, you get a card linked to your credit card. You use it to scan at any beer tap. You self poor as much or as little as you want and it shows the price per ounce, you total, and you bill total. We have only been to one or two others like this and we love them.Usually you can get tastings at most breweries but when they are busy sometimes it’s not possible so a place like this is great. The staff was friendly and you can bring you dogs. They have good bar food and the beers are amazing. The mead is soooo good. Loved the dark beers. Hope to go back and try more.
The location stinks, but I'm used to open farm breweries where there are luxurious open spaces, etc. But, as far as a brewery in a strip mall goes, they've done a great job furnishing it out and including fun activities like pool and shuffleboard. The booze is VERY EXPENSIVE. I tried 4 ipas (at about 4 ounces each), two sours, and one cider (also around 4 ounces and the total was $18.48. Yikes!I did not care for any of the drinks but one of the sours, Blue Maidens Blush. The IPAs were very bad.Not for me I guess. Did seem popular though, so maybe people like paying a lot for beer... ?
COB has something for everyone! They have a very large indoor area, which allows pets and kids. There are shuffleboards, pool tables, and a ton of games you can pick and choose from. The back area has darts and there are TV 's throughout the bar. There 's a small outdoor area and corn-hole boards too! While the is a bar to sit at, most people are always sitting at one of the picnic tables inside. They do offer food (onion rings, fries, etc), but I 'm pretty sure they just stick them in the air-fryer in the back... and after you drink enough you get the munchies... and the food usually comes out overcooked and burnt lol If they offered better food options I would totally give this spot five stars! You check in upon entering and get a card to use for the self-service wall of beer. You can choose how much you want to drink and there 's always a great variety of beer on tap. There 's always a lager, stout, several IPA 's, and even seltzer. There 's a wide variety to choose from and try. I really like the amber ale and their IPA 's are really good.My husband and I made our own beer at COB! I LOVED the experience. The staff helped us pick our recipe and was very informative about the process. They were super patient, open to questions, and explained a lot! The beer making process was fun. Know that it 's not a one time event, you 'll be back up to three times to make your beer, add the hops, and then bottle.
Solid beer selection, still has bar seating, which is a bonus. Hidden a little bit in a commercial park with just a small sign of front. They have an outstanding trivia night on Wednesdays.
