Ledo Pizza - Ashburn

I won't be back. It's hard to believe this location is still in business given the terrible pizza they serve. My wings had almost no buffalo sauce on them. The management really needs some additional training. When I politely raised my concern, I was brushed off. It seems like they treat other customers similarly—there was a table behind me that had an issue and received the same lack of attention. It’s very disappointing.

The pizza was disappointing. The crust was very bland and unable to be salvaged, even after we tried baking it in our oven. We could barely eat it. The mozzarella sticks lacked flavor, but the garlic bread was enjoyable.

We don’t dine here often, so I can’t say if our experience is typical. On the night of August 12, 2022, we ordered two small pizzas and a dozen buffalo wings. The pizza was enjoyable, but the wings were quite unusual. They had a soft, mushy texture that felt like biting into solid fat, which isn’t what you expect from chicken wings. I felt compelled to reach out to the manager to let them know about the issue. I wasn’t looking for compensation; I just thought they should be aware that something was off with their wings. When I spoke to the manager, he seemed completely indifferent. He didn’t even acknowledge my concerns, almost as if I had simply told him my favorite color was blue. I really hope no one gets sick from them. Thank you. I’m not sure when we’ll be back.

You have the best marinara sauce I've ever had. Great service . The Calzone are amazingly definitely recommended

We were in the area for a youth sports game. One of the team parents contacted them and they were happy to accommodate our large group of 30+. Several of us ordered online and they had food ready for us when we arrived. The family deals amazing and the pizza was great. Super great service for a last minute large group.
