The Aviator's Bistro - Ashbourne

Wow! This is a fantastic place. The food was delicious (I had the sausage and a breakfast bap). I thought the sausage was a little too spicy for a breakfast sausage, but it was still tasty and cooked well. The drinks were excellent, served in large mugs and tasted refreshing. Just be aware that the access road to the cafe is in very rough condition with large rocks and deep potholes (it almost looked like it had been bombed). So be careful when driving to the cafe, especially if you're on a motorcycle.

We had a wonderful breakfast at the Aviator Cafe. The location at the Flying Club, at the end of the runway, is fantastic with its outdoor seating area, terrace, and indoor cafe. The staff were all lovely and very attentive. The food was delicious and the coffee was fantastic. We highly recommend this place for all seasons. We are already looking forward to coming back!
