Dicaduca - ASCOLI PICENO

We had dinner at Dicaduca two days ago and spent really a lovely evening in the very centre of Ascoli Piceno: the unbelievable astonishing Piazza del Popolo. Excellent food, reasonable price, friendly atmosphere and great choice of Italian wines. Absolutely to be suggested.

Had dinner with some friends. Food was on point and very tasty. However service was appalling. The water was not using a mask during Covid, being a requirement by law. He was rude and patronising to some of us and also kept recommending cheese dishes to us after we clearly specified some of us had a lactose intolerance. Working in catering myself I found this to be extremely unprofessional and to show an utter lack of any serious customer service. Shame because the olives were really good.

The menu consisted of all local dishes. The food was excellent. However the service was extremely slow.

Good restaurant in Ascoli Piceno. Environment a little dizzy but cute. Good food excellent olives.
