Panda Express - Arroyo Grande

Ordered uber eats from them and they didn't include 70% of my order. Shorted me a whole 17$ 3 item plate. Only gave me a medium chow mein as well when I paid for a large.

I ordered online for pickup and enjoyed my meal at the location. Vanessa greeted me and was very pleasant and helpful. Food was great with good pirtions.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. For me, it makes all the difference! That's why 5 stars are deserved!

I was appalled by the customer service on 2/28/2024. I asked a server there a question, and her response was very forceful with a rude demeanor. They need to work on their customer service, slow down, listen to the customer, and respond with courtesy. Very disappointed with Panda Express, Arroyo Grande which didn't make my dinner enjoyable.
