Decided to stop by around 7:30 because my wife and I were craving a salad bar and the one at Schnucks was closed.

We decided to stop by, remembering our good child good memories, to find out the service was terrible and the food was mediocre.

At 15:57. The cashier made a welcoming gesture and informed us that the dinner prices came into force automatically at 4:00 (automated on the computer). She just completed the transaction in time to save us! The tables were clean. The buffet has a limited selection, but the staff kept the food fresh and well filled. Our waiter kept our drinks and the tablecloth free. I was thrilled to tell my husband about a video of the Miami Hurricanes 8 side game in the last seconds of a game to beat Duke University (6 years ago). With my ordinary grace I managed to throw a whole glass of ice water over me and flooded our table. A very sweet waitress immediately appeared with a hand full of napkins. She said she recognized the crash and knew someone needed help. The staff here was extremely friendly and accommodating. This restaurant has the friendly appeal of a local family business. It has a very casual atmosphere. The dining room was filled with the sound of the families ' chatter and laugh.

Usually buffets are either a hit or miss. I didn't expect a lot to come here. Husband and I chose the New York Strip Steak with one side. Our youngest was with the buffet portions with what it had to offer. Our steak was cooked for the first time. We enjoy our steaks cooked 60 seconds each side and we were very satisfied and surprised that it was cooked for the first time on our desire. My husband's not too hot on buffets. But I knew he was impressed to tell me we're going to visit this facility. If I gave a higher rating, I would.
