Bollywood Spices - Arlington Heights

I went with the family for the first time. Food was good, and place was clean too. Two guys who helped were kind. But I complain that serving was not up to date. We still had to ask for water or utensils and napkins. Collect literally 4 pieces of napkin. Other, we ordered chicken Kadhai and Jeera rice, Cumin seeds were all burned, could have been better. And finally our Tandoori chicken, sooo huge pieces, was not satisfied with such huge chicken stables, we wanted to cut it in small pieces. But they gave us a knife instead. I would recommend the place, but do not recommend Jeera Reis and Tandoori chx, unless it is cut into pieces.

We used to go to this restaurant for the authentic Parotta. Last time after it is changed as Bollywood spices when we went, they served us shop purchased frozen parottas. We even checked before buying and the guy over there told his 15 years of tradition stuff. We really hated our dinner and will never go there again!!! I visited this place 3 weeks back and post comment today. but the way you respond the news is not good! Please treat the customers in one way. I have seen some of your other answers and they look like the same. And FYI, I have the proof of a visit to my credit card transaction. I hope I don't have to add to the comment. Please improve your quality of food. Be loyal to the customer..

Good food! Good service! Clean restaurant! I had my dinner with my mother last night. Must try their Mutton n Chicken biryani, Chicken 65, Haleem, excellent Butternans n spiced tea. It was worth the ride! Large portions, good prices n Halal certified!

That was the best Indian restaurant I've ever been. The staff is really nice, the food is amazing. If you've never been to this place, you have to come and check how good the restaurant is now. You have changed everything from inside, I added some photes you can check. You also have buffet of Fri-Sun. You need to check this place with your family, you will never forget it. I got the WAREN. Amazing food and service. The staff is friendly and helpful. I?m a South Indian and can definitely say this is one of the best southern style cuisine you can find. It is also the cleanest Indian restaurant I?ve been to that?s not a high end, high price place. Truly a hidden gem, try something outside your comfort zone and ask for recommendations. I can?t think of any restaurant in a 15mi radius that?s better than this and I?ve tried them all.
