McDonald's - Arlington

I just ordered a little hairdresser and a little coke and didn't even get my order after waiting 20 minutes in the drive through the line. I just pulled off without getting my order. Nightmanship is a joke, every person working, standing around and playing on their phones and I watched them do it through the first window. I could have come out of my truck and made my own food faster than those people could do their own job. Needs a new management and no children work at night. Stunning.

Worst mc Donalds ever!!! Maybe 10 people in the lobby and we waited up to 30 minutes for our food. Customers went out. The staff was rude and they were more concerned about the passage than inside. Finally, there was a gentleman who worked for other McDonalds, and he began to take orders. He even pulled out the manager in the dining room and showed him where people had waited for 30 minutes for a simple bacon, eggs and cheese biscuits, and the manager pretended he didn't care. I was GM for two different restaurants and that's ridiculous.

I literally decided not to go back here. I tried several times to order the blocking page with the McD app. I sign my order, park at a particular Kurb site, check the app I have... then wait at least 30 minutes for my food. In about 30 minutes I try to call and ask where my food is. I say, trying because his much hate and actually looking for the number, then I basically have to ring the phone out of the hook to get someone and actually TALK to me instead of just the phone up and hang it back to stop it from ringing... at least 3x each time I tried to go there for curly side. Then, when they answer, they have an attitude, and then they usually tell me that my food will be in 5-10 minutes. At the 10-minute mark, if my food isn't out, you can bet I'll call again to find out where it is. Last time I actually came out of my car after all this, went inside with my pipe, and asked where the duck is my food, that I was order for board over the app almost an hour ago. I had to wait until my food was cooked and then handed over my bag with a posture. The whole reason I'm trying to get the page because I'm going with a pipe, and standing in the line can be painful for me. Their lanes also move slowly, and I have a OLD car. Sitting in a line in it for a long time is NOT a good idea. If I want McD's, I literally go to another. I basically started my personal boycott of this place.

Through the Drive up window and it was very busy. This is a very beautiful place to take lunch on the way. And they get the order quickly.

I graded 3 stars because of inconsistency with respect to the inside of restaurant hours. Oftentimes, inconsistent dine in hours increases the drive-through crowd and is always too busy!Food meaning beverages. Their large cups are expensive now! To go from 1.00 to 1.79, so suddenly is not cool! The service is good! It has improved immensely, compared to times before. The atmosphere is very peaceful, and the restaurant is clean, including the bathroom!I used to buy the 1.00 beverage regularly, but I don't do it anymore. It has been at least 2 months since I have been there.The location of this Mcdonald is 360, and Green Oaks.
