1102 Express Bubble Tea Coffee

The service was good. I would highly recommend not getting the Vietnamese coffee. It is beyond bitter and does not fill the cup the whole way for the price. It only goes half of a small cup for the price of 6.50.

My roommate and I used to come here at least once a week (usually more and we loved it here, it was our favorite boba place. We ordered the same thing or something similar every time and most of the people working there began to recognize us and it wasreally lovely. Unfortunately, there is someone new working there who has been consistently rude to us specifically while beingpolite to most other customers that we have seen (including yelling at us to come get our order and refusing to remake a drinkthat was wrong after another employee already said that they would and it was okay. We will no longer be coming here after thetreatment that we received over and over again. It?s extremely upsetting because this genuinely was one of our favorite placesto go for a drink.

I ordered two most basic kinds which were Jasmine milktea and Black tea with boba, I was very disappointed with our drinks. The tea is overly steeped so it?s too bitter, their boba tasted as they were left out overnight and can?t hold their shape. Twosmall drinks cost around $16 which is very pricey left alone the low quality.

Drinks themselves were good tasting but the size for the price is why I won't return. There are plenty of great boba tea/coffee places that have more reasonable prices

I recently put a review here a couple months ago because I was disappointed in my drink that I got last time . However , I decided to come back and gave this place another try and yet again I was disappointed. I first ordered a small caramel milk teaand when I got my first sip the milk had a weird aftertastes as if it had been spoiled so I brought it back to get a replacementfor a green Thai tea instead. The worker was very nice and apologetic about it but she mentioned that the milk was probably acouple days old ?? I was surprised to hear that since I was afraid that I might get food poisoning. I was disappointed yet againplus a price for a small sized drink was almost $8!! I understand that there is inflation going on and this is a family ownedbusiness but this place is wayyyy too overpriced for just some boba and it is not worth my time and business.
