Papa Murphy's Take N' Bake Pizza

The experience of walking in and placing an order was not pleasant. The man who took my order seemed impatient right from the start, with his body language making me feel uncomfortable. When I asked a question, he responded with sarcasm. While waiting for my order, I observed him speaking negatively about another customer.

The pizza is tasty, however, I fail to see the purpose of pre-ordering one hour in advance through the online portal if I still have to wait upon arrival. Even though I arrived after my scheduled 6pm pickup time, I still had to wait inside the store. I wasn't the only one either, as there were two other customers ahead of me who also pre-ordered online and experienced the same wait.

Terrible experience! I am aware that Tuesdays are deal days at this restaurant, as most people ordering pizza are familiar with the weekly specials. I placed an online order at noon for a 5:30pm pick up, opting for a location near my job instead of my usual spot. When I arrived at 5:55pm, I was informed that my pizza was not ready due to being short-staffed and behind schedule. Despite the fact that I had ordered hours in advance, I was told I would have to wait for 8 other customers to receive their pizzas before mine could be made. It was frustrating to witness another customer being told to wait an additional 15-20 minutes for his pizza that was already late. Customer service was severely lacking, and the overall experience was just plain awful.

Went here on a whim, so I didn't call ahead and they were super speedy putting together my pizza. All 3 staff members I encountered were very friendly, helpful, and professional. Pizza and cheese bread were delicious ??

Papa Murphys has the best pizza! The prices are very reasonable and the customer service is the best! You're guaranteed to have it piping hot because it comes out of your own oven.
