A place to linger and enjoy at the highest level
We have dinner in this restaurant in February. The map was seasonal and delicious. We enjoyed the entrance based on caviar and broccoli and the flat st Jacques or duck. However, we found that the proportions were not well respected. The different dishes arrived with a small/normal quantity. But dessert was way too much blown. What really disturbed us is the seasoning of the dishes and the staff of the service. Indeed, the dishes often lacked seasoning. We almost added salt and pepper on each plate. Tonight the restaurant was full and the plates followed with a great cadence. The waiters were probably in the stress of the good operation of the evening. We then heard a server say loud and loud "it breaks my balls". This phrase completely cooled us on this experience that had yet to begin. In conclusion, we enjoyed the location, the serene but not too rigid atmosphere, but we did not appreciate the lack of professionalism of staff and respect for quantities and seasoning over the menu. Very chic and panoramic restaurant at the top of the Hotel de Paris in Monte Carlo. Excellent service. I absolutely recommend the chocolate soufflé dessert! Absolutely worth trying!
