Effina's - Anniston

Food was absolutely delicious. Fried mozzarella and fried artichoke appetizers were so fresh and tasty. Best chicken piccata I've had. My husband really liked his lasagna. Other family members said their pesto pasta and veal piccata were great as well. We will be back.

We stopped in for dinner. It was late I had steak. It was way undercooked and all of the plate was extremely salty to the point that it was almost not edible. The staff, however, was fantastic very attentive, but the food itself was just absolutely a disappointment more than half to steak was gristle on top of being undercooked and seasoned, and it was also expensive. I don’t mind things being expensive if you get value for what it is, but this was not a very good experience but again I will go back to that. The staff was amazing or at least the front of the house the kitchen staff might have just been having a bad night or they might’ve been just over it for the day , super disappointed

Passing through from Savannah and staying the night in Anniston. Effina’s had good reviews so we decided to try it and so glad we did. Service was great and loved the atmosphere, along with the sweet Arnold Palmer and bruschetta to start. Pizza’s and pasta’s were all delicious. This will definitely be on our stop as we pass through.

I went with a large group and we were in separate area above the general restaurant. I'd love to come back to experience the restaurant area. Staff were fabulous, great food!

Food was very good. Everyone in my party cleaned their plate. Fried artichoke was delicious.
