Jamaican Country Kitchen

Tried this restaurant for the first time. I must say the jerk wings, cabbage and red beans and rice.

Paid for the larger portion but was still given small portion of meat, finally tasted the Ox tails and was seriously disappointed by how super salty they were, I had to trash $27.00 worth of food I was expecting to enjoy. Will not buy again from here.

Hubby and I were on our quest to find a new caribbean spot after eating at a popular one in DC for so long. We found them gem tucked away in a quiet shopping center. We got there first thing in the morning as they were setting the food out. We were greeted with a warm welcome! We got the Oxtail, Curry Chicken, Curry Chicken Roti, and some beef patties. The food was sooooooo good! Oxtail was fye! Gravy was so delicious. Curry Chicken reminded my hubby of his Nana’s from Trinidad's! Portions were big and it was an overall great lil spot. Will be stopping by again!

In love with the authentic Jamaican cuisine. Jerk wings and jerk pork are to die for! Staff is also very friendly. Definitely a go to spot!

I always go here for the lunch special. It’s over at 3 PM so get it while it’s hot and it never disappoints.
