Buddy's Pizza Ann Arbor

Buddy's Pizza is a Detroit classic that has been improving with age. The pizza is consistently amazing, the beer is cold, and the staff is friendly. We will definitely be returning for more of their delicious pizzas.

When we visited michigan, we tried Buds in grand rapids and were blown away, so of course when visiting ann arbor we had to go back. we ordered a meat lover and we were disappointed! it was nothing like the last we had. crust was sad and barely there. sauce was cheap and tasteless and the flesh seemed all old and stale. I'm pretty sure last time we ordered it to be pfefferoni, so I'm not sure if they forget it or what. the personal seemed to be there. Last buddys visit for me!

As usual, great pizza and service. although it was a smaller menu, it was still great pizza! been to sterling heights, dearborn, the original, and now aa. all good!

The atmosphere and service at this restaurant were both excellent. The food was good, but not exceptional. However, none of us tried their famous pizzas, so that may be the reason. The service was outstanding, efficient, and friendly. I would recommend this restaurant.

If you find yourself in Ann Arbor, be sure to visit Buddy's for their authentic Detroit Style Pizza! The crispy, buttery crust pairs perfectly with the delicious cheese, tasty sauce, and just the right amount of toppings. Overall, the taste was excellent and the service was fantastic. While there may be better local Detroit Style Pizza options closer to downtown, Buddy's is a staple and we definitely enjoyed our experience there.
