Domino's Pizza - Andover

We had 2 pizzas. 1 was supposed to be steak and bacon but they made steak and spinach. The other one was was supposed to have banna peppers on half. It had like 3. The only reason I give 3 stars and not one, is because even messed up, their food is still really good.

Placed an online order, got the notification it was ready, showed up and they had no idea where it was. That wasn’t the problem, they lacked communication with us on what happened with our order and when asked for our name for the 4th time, the woman told us it would be a little bit longer, and my friend had said we already ordered it and was told it was ready, and the lady snapped at my friend telling us the oven is running at a fast pace and there was nothing she could do about what happened to our order. I demanded a refund. Extremely unprofessional, and anyone who works in customer service, knows you never speak to a customer that way. Throughout the process the lady was making snarky remarks about how we wanted to cancel it anyways while other employees stated they had already made the order.

I ordered a thin crust pizza w/ pepperoni and cheese. That was the worst pizza I've ever had!

This is a pizza place that makes pizza... Yup. Workers are diligent and consistent so good on them for that.

We ordered their new knots and dips to try. We got the 5 cheese one. It was incredibly salty but on top of that there was like nothing in the pan. it wasnt even a dip it was just a thin layer of cheese. i wiped one knot through it and it was almost all gone. our pizza was also barely cut at all
