Red Lobster Anderson Scatterfield Rd.

We had a reservation for 6:15. when we arrived, the host said she would put our names on the waiting list. After waiting for 20 minutes, I asked why we hadn't set ourselves, and she said there were 13 parties sitting in front of us. I told her we had a reservation, and she answered that they did not take any precautions. our name was placed on the list when we arrived after it. I asked what it did well to make a reservation, and she had no answer. after we talked to the manager, we sat, but open table should not be a reservation system advertising if red lobster will not stay through the system.

It was holy evening dinner and nobody wanted to cook. everyone has something different from the burger to the ultimate firm. No one was hungry and we all had a good time.

Great service and good value for our family Sunday evening dinner.

All employees from beginning to end were exceptional. will definitely return!

Used the app for reservations but upon arrival were told we would have at least a 20 min wait. Everyone else in the lobby had been seated and we were still waiting. Upon asking if it made a difference that the call ahead seating had been used, I was told it made no difference. Not very happy with that response! Service and food very good.
