The food here is excellent. You gotta try the bulgogi (spelling? egg rolls and dipping sauce. You can't go wrong with anything here.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Seoul Casa, a Korean Mexican fusion restaurant, and I must say that it was an absolutely fantastic experience. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, with a great vibe that immediately put me at ease. Our server, Jay, was exceptional. He was friendly, attentive, and made great recommendations that truly enhanced our dining experience. His knowledge of the menu and his enthusiasm for the food made us feel comfortable and excited to try new things. And let me tell you, the food did not disappoint. I ordered the beef burrito and it was one of the best burritos I've ever had. The combination of Korean and Mexican flavors was a revelation, with tender beef, spicy salsa, and crispy lettuce all wrapped up in a warm tortilla. It was truly a unique and delicious spin on traditional Mexican cuisine. Overall, I would highly recommend Seoul Casa to anyone looking for a fun and flavorful dining experience. The fusion of Korean and Mexican flavors was executed flawlessly, and the atmosphere was friendly and inviting. And of course, a special shout-out to Jay for making our dining experience truly exceptional. I can't wait to come back and try more dishes!
