Raindancer Steak Parlour - Amsterdam

The Raindancer appears to have the atmosphere and attitude of a fine dining restaurant, but nothing in their food or service can deliver. I had the Penne a la Vodka and added the sausage for $4.99. The sausage was frozen cube pizza topping sausage and it was awful. I tried to pick out the sausage which I had paid extra for, but the entire dish was contaminated with its awful taste, it was inedible as the pasta itself was also tough. My wife ordered the Mushroom Burger which was dry, flavorless, and not cooked medium. My mother and father were satisfied with their meals. But for a restaurant to serve can sausage on a pasta dish must be a joke. I informed our waiter of my disappointment but he could not help me. I didn't want to put stars, I just wanted to comment. I was going to bring my family out to celebrate my girlfriends bday on Tuesday but after seeing some of the recent reviews it appears your restaurant is going downhill with your food. Im glad I checked the reviews first. Ive worked in many restaurants and take my food seriously. Id be pissed if I spent the type of money yall charge for a family of 8 to get subpar food. Word of advice, think about overhauling your cooks

My sister I took my parents out for their 61st anniversary 9/9/23 Staff was great. Friendly etc. Karen was our server. Everything was great until my entree came. I ordered the NY strip it was the worst cut of meat I’ve ever eaten. Ordered it medium. Was undercooked extremely fatty/grizzle very tough even though it was more on the rare side.
