Taco Bell - Amherst

I don't know why many of these photos seem like stock corporate photos, that's odd to me... This is primarily a drive through location. I will say the food I've gotten there has always been decent-to-good quality. HOWEVER the wait at the drive through is INSANE. You can wait anywhere from 10-20 minutes in line for 2-3 cars. It's the only KFC/Taco Bell in the area, which is why I end up there from time to time. Every time I sit in line wondering why I came back. As I said, the saving grace is that the food is good. The staff is always polite but completely under staffed.

I went to taco bell on April 7th, and got in the drive through at 12:30 pm. I waited until 12:45 to get to the order stand, with only 1 car in front of me this whole time. Upon finally making it to order, I asked for a box of 4 tacos and 4 burritos, which they then told me they could not accommodate because “they didn't have enough hands”. If staffing is an issue to that extent then the restaurant should focus on hiring more staff or staffing more. I will not be dining here again.

Came in on Sun April 7 and basically no staff.. food was ordered at 1:22pm... It's now 1:52pm and still waiting, no idea when it will be ready.. crazy for a fast food joint. I definitely don't blame the staff that are here right now. They were doing their best. It's the lack of extra staff members.Pay a bonus for on-call shift fill or something to get these staffing gaps filled. And keep an invested manager here during weekends.I don't think I'll come back for 6 months at least before giving it another chance. This location is probably bleeding regular customers..

All around, great place for a quick bite of you're into fast food. Great customer service and super clean environment. Very friendly and helpful staff.

I got Kentucky fried chicken. GOT THE 3 PEICE DARK MEAT BIGGY BOX.. It took for ever in the drive tru.. Then when I finally get to the window. The 3 works were all laughing said SORRY about the taco bell box they had to put my meal in.. I GET HOME OPENED IT.. THE CHICKEN WAS ALL SMASHED UP. MOST OF THE SKIN WAS RIPPED OFF OR LAYING IN THE BOX BESIDE THE PEICES OF CHICKEN... I'LL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN.. I will drive the extra distance to go to POPEYE'S CHICKEN..
