Blox Dessert Bars - American Fork

Terrible customer service! Came all the way from provo to AF to use my AF coupon only. I had a $6 off birthday reward and neither employee knew how to use it. They said after I swiped my card it would give the option to use the discount. It didn't. Then I asked for a refund because I wasn't about to pay full price when I had a discount. Neither employee knew how to offer a refund. They supposedly called the manager who didn't answer. They were very unsympathetic and didn't care. I told them I wanted a refund and wouldn't pay the full price. I then looked at the tablet/register myself and figured it out. The coupon only seemed to work on a single box and not a 4 box, even though it didn't even say that on the reward. Basically the register didn't even accept the coupon how it should. So then I had to end up buying a box of 4 for full price and get another for free. Which is not what I even wanted! Terrible service. Employees need to be trained. Registers need to be fixed. This is unacceptable. I would like a refund please!

I live in Salt Lake County so Blox is a bit of a drive to get to, but it's definitely worth it! I love that they're a take on dessert bars which makes it different that the major cookie corporations. I also enjoy the variety of flavors, but appreciate that the variety isn't so broad you have to wait too long for a favorite to be in the lineup again. Hoping for a Salt Lake location some day, but will continue to make the drive in the meantime.

Our whole family loves BLOX! We love the variety, size and the freshness! I especially love any of the BLOX treats that have rice crispies in them! I love that they stay fresh after days of saving them so I can have one each day or every other day?

Shopped here for the first time on a Weds. evening around 8:30pm, the place was clean and empty and service was fast. The dessert bars are delicious and hefty! We'll be back...
