I asked for no pickle got extra pickle. Asked for extra grill didn't get a grill. Only from all types of chips. From all drinks. 6 options empty. Is this place managed by a monkey? R2; Find some reviews and answers. These company mia culpas are ineffective; obviously, the franchise owner has no interest in solving his problems. I filled up the company survey and asked a Kontect. No episode of them. The manager seems unable to anticipate problems and fix them in real time. The problems I experienced were not due to a simple supervision; this is a symptom of systemic disorder.

Service was good and was treated with respect. Came to try a certain sandwich and they were from that particular meat. They were also made from several other meats and cheeses. My backup option was great.

This place may take a bit to make a great sandwich but the employees provide a wonderful conversation every time I have been there. The wait is worth the sandwich.
