With sandwiches or potatoes with sauces they should be given napkins by default without having to get up and ask for them but, worse, what we didn't like was the lack of cleanliness of the visibly dirty and sticky wooden sandwich holders. If it is true that the food is not in direct contact with the container (there are placemats) I find that it is still unpresentable to put food in such dirty baskets.
