I love the potatoes at this restaurant, but the level of service can be inconsistent from one visit to the next. The best service was excellent, fast, and included friendly conversation from the owner's partner. On the other hand, the worst service I experienced was clumsy and awkward, likely from a new staff member. Despite the inconsistency in service, the food was still delicious.

I ordered a baked potato with sour cream, cheese, and coleslaw. However, I was given hummus, peas, and corn instead. I was confused by the mix-up. The potato was lukewarm and the texture felt like rubber. Despite being the only customer in the store, the quality was disappointing.

This Dean Street takeout spot is a must-try. I thoroughly enjoyed my baked potato from this charming shop. The ingredients were incredibly fresh and the service was friendly. It was great to see a wide variety of delicious and fresh toppings available. I will definitely be returning.
