Contribuiți la feedbackEl restaurante está montado en una finca en el mar, que a su vez tiene 17 habitaciones de lujo. su chef, dietista koschina, sorprende con tan deliciosos platos de autor: una bandeja que contiene salmón ahumado con huevos, eneldo y yogur, atún crudo con un edulcorante soda a la soja, una costilla mozzarella con berenjena paté un broche de sardina con tomate, oliva y pesto y una pequeña pieza de eel ahumado envuelto en bereno.
Non credo che Vila Joya o lo chef Dieter Koschina necessitino di una mia recensione.Desideriamo semplicemente ringraziare lo staff e lo chef per aver condiviso con noi l’eccellenza. Ci rivedremo presto.
A holiday in Galè without a visit to Vila Joya restaurant is not complete for my wife and I. The amuses are the start of a fantastic experience. Although the signature menu only mentions 4 courses (lobster, grouper, duck, pear and chocolate) you get more than 15 dishes. All packed with flavour. They do remember what you like and don’t like from previous visits. Amazing. Staff is top and open for interaction. The final set of sweets close the “tasty circle” To quote Arnold: “I’ll be back”.
From the moment we walked in the door we could feel the sense of excellence with every single staff member being so friendly and professional. Having visited many top class restaurants around the world I have to say, the food was off the scale amazing. We had a really fantastic lunch
Excellent diner. Top service. One of the best restaurants in the Algarve.
