Taco Bell - Albertville

This location no longer waits on customers at the counter they have kiosk you order on and the workers words were if you want to pay with cash when when of the workers get time they will come take your money I’m just glad I had time to stop in and help pay for one of their salaries today

Staff was great, food was good although I tried the beef nachos and definitely will not order it again. But otherwise when I can't figure out what to get I will continue to choose taco bell for a fast, economical meal.

Shells on tacos and Mexican pizza taste like plastic or something else foul. January 18th 11 am 2024

Yea, chalupa was the worst ever. Both of um. Very little beef in the bottom, 5ins of lettuce, n a tiny squirt of scotch in one end. Fries, cold as a pollar bears nose. Why do I feel ripped off and still hungry? Why? Cause that's what straight up happened. Those chalupas weren't worth 5$ . Check your food B4 you leave the window. 4 reels

Went to the Albertville AL location tonight and there were 2 cars in front of me that pulled up and were served quickly. I purchased the nacho fries box. And my order was ready by the time the food was paid for. This was the best fast food I have purchased in the longest time!! It was hot, fresh, and just spot on. My beefy 5 layer burrito was made correctly(I ordered it special) and it was layered perfectly. I got a bite of each ingredient in every bite!! The nacho fries were hot and fresh as well. My husband ate the chalupa and the taco and he said they were both wonderful too!! The order taker and cashier(if they were different people) were super friendly and I called to speak with the manager just to tell her what a wonderful job they had done and she was incredibly friendly as well. Even before she realized I wasn’t calling to complain. I have never been so impressed with Taco Bell in my life!!! Thanks guys! You Rule!!!
