Tiffany's At The Boardroom - Albemarle

My husband and I walked into Tiffany's for dinner this evening. Upon entering there was no one at the hostess stand to greet us. There was a worker at the bar area carrying on a conversation with some patrons. She saw us walk in and stand there for over 5 mins and never once acknowledged our presence. She continued her conversation with the other patrons as if he were not there. Another worker walked behind the bar area with a beer canister, and nothing was said to us. Upon waiting to be acknowledged and seated we left. We have eaten and ordered to go several times. Each time gets worse in the service, knowledge of the menu by the individual who answers the phone, and acknowledgement when a customer walks in. We will not patronize this establishment again.

We hired for our October 2022 wedding and things did not go as expected. My husband and I had 3 tastings and everything was great till the wedding day. I had so many family and friends come up to us after because we both raved about how amazing the food was going to be and at the wedding it was barley edible. I emailed the owner and manager I heard back from owner once and haven 't heard back from her since. Below was our honest review to them. I just don 't want to see anyone else waste there time and money on there big day.First, thing that we are very unhappy about is the sweet potato soufflé at our third tasting we were served sweet potato french fries with mini Marshmallows on top the first thing my fiancé and I said was this isn 't how it 's going to be on the wedding day correct? And Kendra responded no we only make the sweet potato soufflé in bulk now for weddings this was just some thing for you guys to taste , but on the wedding day it will be like the sweet potato soufflé. If we would 've known that we were going to get french fries with marshmallows the day of our wedding we would 've definitely taken that off the menu we were very upset because It was one of our favorite items on the menu and we were looking forward to it. Secondly, I kept hearing from everybody that the salad ran out and they got no salad along with plates and cups for a cocktail hour and coffee.(P.S. we had less people then what we told them because of last minute cancellations so there is no reason for things to have run out. Lastly, for the vegetarian option I was told that it was going to be eggplant Parmesan. what my vegetarian guest got was a half cut eggplant that was grilled and no seasoning and apparently was not cooked all the way through and they couldn 't eat it so they went to hungry. Along with the chicken and beef tips being tough and hard to eat. After 3 different tasting 1. At bridal show, 2. Official tasting with My fiancé, my parents , and I, and 3. The last tasting after the head chef left this was not what we were expecting at all and are very upset and disappointed because food was very important to us at our wedding. The plates and everything looked beautiful , but that was about all.

The restaurant is really cute, nice atmosphere. Staff is really friendly and if you can drink the bar tenders know their stuff. Food wise some menu items are great others are alright.

We used Tiffany's for our daughter's wedding reception and it was fantastic!! The food was delicious, the setting was absolutely gorgeous, and the staff was amazing. I was thrilled and will definitely be using this establishment again.

The food was delicious, the setting was gorgeous, and the staff could not have possibly been more helpful or kind. Big shout-out to Kendra, Tiffany's events coordinator and to Tiffany herself -they went above and beyond to help us and we will definitely be using this venue again.
