Mcdonald's - Albany

Dirty, unorganized, apathetic customer service. Many vases strip around the property. From large soda cups only small size. The photo I provide should tell you everything you need to know about this place. A broken chair was replaced by an old oil stained French frit. Save a trip and go somewhere else.

This was the worst case of lost manager skills with employees not wearing uniforms people shooting dope in the bathroom...a lady nodding out be hind our table and my grand kids saying why is there food on the floor... employee wearing sweat pants at register around his mid ass area I mean w t f. Thanks for the loosie cigarettes on the counter next to cups

We got off our bus and wanted food. So we went to the McDonald’s. Mind you, it’s negative 6 out and we’re exhausted. So we walk to this McDonald and when we get there, all of their doors are locked and they are only serving drive through. It was 8pm when we got there. It was ridiculous. When we tried to ask why, they just ignored us and kept on their own business. Poor customer service and rude attitudes. Never go to this McDonald’s unless you want to leave disappointed.

Like everyone else this place needs to be closed. My fries were cold and unsalted, my snack wraps had too much ranch and we wrapped inside out, my drink wasn 't filled to the top and that place smelled like **** and death. They have 30 minute time limit for people to eat their food- I 've never heard of that. I called 4 times between 9:00 and 9:45 just to speak with a manager, I asked if they were hiring and she said Not right now , strange because that place seemed serverly understaffed- love to work there and make it better but it 's whatever. I want to find out which company owns it so I can address my complaints with them.

Most awful experience I've had in any establishment, McDonald's or otherwise. Opened twenty minutes late and when I mentioned it was given a sharp attitude. The staff were completely rude and unwelcoming, not to mention slow to task. The place was an absolute disaster as if it hadn't been cleaned from the night before. I asked to use the restroom and was told no, there not open. I never write reviews but my time there was that bad!
