Ihop - Albany

I went to dinner there with my work crew this week and the service was amazing. All the staff were really friendly and personable. They were very professional and on point with all of our orders. The food was delicious and cooked to perfection. If you're in the area you have to go!!! I promise you will not be disappointed. Our waitress was awesome and a really down to earth person. She was funny and spoke her mind.. Also, the girl busting tables was very friendly and beautiful with a pretty smile! I definitely plan on going back! BEST

Gigi was very attentive. Made sure that we had everything we needed. She keep che king on us to make sure we where good and didn't need any thing. Made my mom fresh decaf coffee and made sure that it was alright not to strong or anything

Overall, it was a fantastic experience. The food was excellent. I recommend avoiding peak hours, as there weren't enough staff to manage a full restaurant.

The wait was a bit lengthy due to the college graduation season. I’m not sure if this place is always this crowded, but it was incredibly busy during our visit. Parking can be a bit tricky depending on how full the lot is. The restaurant was clean, and the bathroom was tidy as well. We were so hungry that I forgot to snap any photos of the food for this review. The Tres Leches Pancakes (as seen in the picture) were absolutely amazing. I usually order the Cinnastack Pancakes, but it seems they have been discontinued.

The restaurant was a typical IHOP on a crowded Sunday morning. The space is quite small, and some of the seating areas are in need of repair. The service was very slow, likely due to the number of customers. As for the food, it was just as expected.
