Domino's Pizza - Alachua County

Good food the is very predictable with fairly fast service.

We've ordered from Domino's 5 times, three were incorrect orders. Tonight, after 7 hours on the road delivering supplies to those affected by hurricane Ian, we ordered a chicken parm sandwich, a pasta bowl with chicken and the lava cakes, which comein threes. Never checked the order before walking out. Drive another 15 minutes home, no chicken parm sandwich a d two orders oflava cakes. Called and they said thay would provide a credit or deliver a sandwich. We are out of their delivery area and mywife was fuming and said just take the credit. I didn't ask how much of a credit we'd get, my bad. Open the pasta bowl, specialorder with chicken...NO CHICKEN IN THE BOWL!! REALLY? I would have shoppedocal but we got back in town too late. Completelydisappointed. Our last order was the totally wrong pizza. We're done!!!

Started off a little rocky. Today they showed us that we could get what we wanted. We were so pleased with our order that I had to let everyone know. Don't give up on them, their trying. I'll probably update next order as long as they keep doing what theydid today. Give them a try (if you havn't already). Yummy. Okay, they earned the last star from me. I had been waiting toupgrade for a while now to make sure they were consistent. They were. You can tell they work hard to please their customers.They are always polite and courteous . The pizzas arrive hot and made just as I like them. All in all, they are my go-to meal.It isn't just the pizza that is perfect. Their pasta is fantastic. Their salads are fresh. Their brownies are spectacular. Butthe service beats them all. Thank you Jennifer for having such a wonderful team. Keep up the good work. I'll make sure I willkeep ordering.

Had pizza from here a couple times and it was fine and correctly given. Friday night was not a good time. The white sauce pizza was so thin, it is usually thicker. The pineapple pizza was good and had a fair enough amount of topping but could have usedmore cheese (paid for extra cheese). The staff was super friendly and greeted me when I walked in but definitely overwhelmedwith all their orders.

Pizza is always fresh. And service is fast!! I just can't stand the automated service. It never gets my order right and then I have to wait for a representative to say the same thing twice maybe three times. But overall clean, fast,and convenient forlocation.
