Nice place , clean and staff very helpful. Food was good and well plated. Good food and very courteous staff. Overall very clean and was not busy at Lunch time but was full. Value for money was good and with budget. By far the best Italian place I have ever been. Server was fantastic and I will definitely be going back. Prices are great, we ordered a liter of wine, a beer, 2 pizzas and mussels and we were not disappointed. Highly recommended EDIT!!! second visit!! Even better than the First time. Having hard time finding out how to post a second review so im doing this! Figured out our servers name!!! JUSTIN : and his girlfriend HUNTER was just as amazing. We went again tonight (april 19th and had a server who I'm sure was wonderful but I am a very specific woman and I know what I want so we requested to change our server to Justin who is obviously great at his job and knows I need alot of attention. We will be back AGAIN obviously. Vegetarian options: A much larger option for vegetarians than most places. Enjoyed a wonderful dinner with my family at El Fornello, a cozy Italian restaurant. From the warm ambiance to the delicious pasta dishes, it was a perfect evening spent with loved ones. Not sure what's happening but resturant food quality and service level has severely decreased. Today we went for celebration dinner and food was very average. And service was just long waits. Food was kind of cold. Hope owners and manger really pay attention before resturant stops getting clients. Price per person: CA$70–80 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

The food was tasty but missing an item and one item I ordered was the wrong sauce. Tried calling and was on hold for 8 minutes. Was told the manager would call me back but never did.
