Baskin Robbins - Ajax

First time at this location upon walking in I noticed how clean the entire store was, both customer facing and behind the counter. Great selection of ice creams. Beautiful cakes in the freezer section, my kids loved the winter themed cakes. Also, the first time anyone has ever asked if my kids wanted a sample of the ice cream flavour they had chosen (they are young and sometimes change their mind), excellent customer service. The man behind the counter introduced himself as the owner, he was very professional and provided great customer service. Ice cream was perfect temperature, it didn't melt right away and the layered sundae was made to perfection. Will be returning and highly recommend this location as well!

Went there on a sunday said it closes at 10.Store was already closed I went at 9:15

Got two fresh packs made and they put less ice cream in the packs than you would get in a small sundae. Won't be returning to this location.

This location is by far my favourite! They provide excellent customer service, and the atmosphere is very positive.
