A team of enthusiasts obviously!!! The dishes are tasty, authentic with sometimes a hint of originality. The deal puts/vins without false note in honest rates. But the highlight of the show, because yes, I call it a show, is the description of the map made by the high voice server for the whole room. It's a poem to him by himself.
