Alex made my day with her kindness and hospitality. I work two jobs and was extremely tired coming in, but I left with a reminder to keep pushing through! Thank you Alex!

Thank you Starbucks Waimalu!! This location is a great example of excellent customer service. I went in today for my daily coffee fix after grocery shopping. I forgot my phone at home but didn't want to go back home to grab it. This is how I usually pay for my coffee on the app. I was helped by their friendly barista Kelsey who was so patient as I tried to pay with my card. Technology is not my friend some days tries to mess with my feelings haha and today was one of them ugh. As I tried to get past the tip screen the system kept freezing. I did try to input a tip but it kept freezing. As a line formed behind me I tried to hand her my card to process. Without hesitation she spoke with her manager came back and took care of my order! I will be sure to pass it forward the aloha shown to me today.

Excellent customer service and my coffee came out perfectly made! I would definitely come back to this location when I'm in the area again.

The only reason I come to this location is for convenience. I wish staff would be more customer friendly. They need to hire more males who I find friendlier have better attitudes then a lot of females who tend to ignore customers and we have to wait to get their attention. So irraz..I'm glad my daughter didn't work here..I would not put up with attitudes work ethics like that..
