We had a great lunch here today, staff were helpful and cheerful food was greatSitting by the lake what could be better.
Great little place in Rymill Park in Adelaide's east end. Having a low-key kiosk that serves breakfast is an excellent concept and gives a very relaxed outdoor place to go on weekend mornings. The owner is friendly and obliging and stocks local food along with the usual kiosk fare. You can get coffee there as well. There are tables and chairs or you can sit on the well kept grass. It is open Wednesday to Sunday and just a short walk to the Botanic Gardens, CBD, Hutt Street and other local attractions. When the lake is not being used for equestrian events, there are paddle boats available. Summary: Food good and intended to be a kiosk. Coffee OK. Service excellent. Location easy to find and plenty of parking. Pet and family friendly. adelaidewriter.com.au
Best place for brunch on a sunny winter weekend. There is a great new menu. Sit outside by the lake and enjoy avocado and poached eggs on toast as we did. This kiosk had 100% rating on urbanspoon. Great service too.
What better way to start the winter weekend than by going to Rymill park by the lake and have breakfast outside. Great menu and kind service. -----16 May, 2015----- Avocado and Poached Eggs. Delicious start to the day! -----16 May, 2015----- Rymill Breakfast. Every mans dream for brunch.. The helpings are generous too. Lots to look at- ducks on the move and sometimes a row boat in action. Very peaceful place. They have a daily soup and light lunch options.
