Dunkin' - Abingdon

We used to love going to this location, but the quality has seriously gone downhill. The donuts always taste stale and it seems like they have been sitting out for days. We have also noticed a decline in customer service the staff always seem disinterested and rude. We used to enjoy getting coffee there as well, but now we don't even bother because it's just not worth the hassle. It's a shame to see a once great establishment deteriorate like this. We won't be returning anytime soon.

I love the Churro coffee and the empanadas. The only problem is that I have to ask for the napkins.

Rude employees!! I was in the drive through grabbing my card to hand to cashier as he proceeds to say come on and hurry up telling me that there is a line behind me . Very unprofessional! I will never come to this location ever again!

I continue to give this Dunkin a chance because it’s close to my house. But I continually get let down. The service is horrendous. Going through the drive thru, they spill drinks on me and my car, forget food all the time that I have to remind them of and just not very friendly. It’s a shame because the location is great but that’s about all I can say good about this Dunkin

Always super slow. always asking for my order at the window. drinks never taste right.
