Great wee place, good food great drink selection and great banter think ive found my new local, the drag night looks set to be a great night

Met a friend for a catch up, had drinks, very friendly staff, especially Phyllis, John Sharon who was on duty that day. My friend looking forward to next catch up there.

Attended the Drag Night with some friends on Saturday night and I must say what a fantastic night it was. We had booked for dinner before hand and had nachos, chicken wings and few other sharing snacks they were all delicious and roasting hot. Service and entertainment were top notch The bar staff seemed to be having just as good a night as the punters and the new manager was really nice and welcoming while taking our drinks orders. We hadn't been for a wee while due to not knowing if it was going to be open or not and the food leaving a lot to be desired but things seem to be on the up now and improving. We will definitely be back soon for another night out.

New manager is really making a change here and what a change it is! Hes really friendly and was great having a chat with him about his plans for the place. Great atmosphere inside, really great value for money and the foods not too shabby either! Will definitely be back again soon!

Have been before, but on this visit the lounge was shut and had to eat in the bar. Would recommend checking before you go, as it was rather loud and generally far to rowdy to eat a relaxed meal. and I'm being kind by saying rowdy). The food selection was OK, as expected from a pub chain. Nothing special. So in general 3 for the food and zero for the bar.
