Shǒu Dǎ ちそば むらかみ

I had heard about this place from my commute, and finally had the chance to go. The moment I opened the door, I knew I was in the right place.

The location is great with a view of Mount Iwaki from the tatami room, and the delicious soba noodles are top-notch.

Delicious! Thanks to the soba here, myself and my family have become somewhat picky about soba. The fact that they serve water soba first and don't offer wasabi shows their confidence in the true flavor of soba. And it's true, even just eating it with water, the flavor of the soba is strong and delicious. I always end up ordering the tempura soba, but I would like to try other menu items as well.

水そばもあって蕎麦に自信を持ってるお店だと思う。 蕎麦も天ぷらも美味しい。 店内は意外に明るくて開放的。

初めて来店しましたが、想像以上に中も広くて窓の外には岩木山が見えて雰囲気が良かったです。 鴨つけ蕎麦を注文。 コシのある麺と、鴨つけ蕎麦のあったかい付けつゆにはしっかり味付けされた鴨とネギ、わらび？ 違うかもしれません が入っておりとても食べ応えがあり美味しく頂きました。 個人的には今まで食べたお蕎麦屋さんの中で1番美味しい気がしました。
