Xuě Yìn パーラー Guó Lì Dà Xuě Qīng Nián の Jiā Diàn

Originally not a facility designed for accommodation purposes, our family of five stayed at this place during our long stay in Hokkaido. The accommodation costs were very affordable, making it a convenient option for our large family. It is like a training camp facility, but each person has their own bed and can stay comfortably. It is not a place to relax in the room, but it was more than enough for us. When we stayed here, a typhoon disrupted ferry services, causing a delay of 3 days for our next departure. The staff kindly accommodated us by allowing us to use a tatami room instead of a regular accommodation room. The staff were all very friendly and even saw us off when we left. If we visit Hokkaido again, we would definitely choose to stay here.

The restaurant is new and clean! The food is fairly delicious. You receive your main dish at the counter and the side dishes are served in a buffet style. In the morning, there is also instant coffee available, according to a friend. The room with the beds has curtains attached to each bed, giving a hospital-like privacy. It's nice that there are three hangers per person. However, dust can be a concern and there were some people sneezing frequently. For those who are sensitive, it's recommended to bring tissues. It would be nice to have masks available during bed making and cleaning times. For those who forget their indoor shoes, rental slippers are available for 100 yen. This service is not common in other facilities. There are no shampoo provided in the bath so it is necessary to bring your own. For those using the facility in autumn to winter, extra layers and blankets are recommended as the building structure makes it difficult to warm up.

I really liked the clean facilities and spacious gym. The meals also have excellent quality.
