I visited this restaurant for the first time and the atmosphere of the old folk house was excellent. I parked in the empty lot diagonally in front of the shop. This time, I had the set lunch. The healthy menu was delicious and all of the side dishes were great. The natto in the small dish was so tasty that I wished they sold it. The only downside was that the food took a bit long to be served, so I would give it 4 stars. However, they apologized for the wait when we paid, so I felt like they cared about their customers. I definitely want to visit again.

I went to the restaurant on Tuesday after 1 pm. My goal was to try the limited daily lunch set of 10 meals, and luckily I was able to eat it. The daily lunch set focused on vegetables, and that day it included two types of vegetables, white fish, and fried chicken. Men who like to eat a lot can have unlimited rice refills (except when it's busy), so I think you will be satisfied. Everything was delicious and I ended up having four extra servings without realizing it. The atmosphere of the restaurant was very calming, almost like visiting a grandma's house in the countryside. After the meal, I felt like taking a nap on the warm veranda. On the left side of the restaurant, there is a gallery with lovely handmade items for purchase. You can try a selection of local specialities which in my case were all delicious! The set meals are ridiculously cheap! All the above options were ¥700!! Normally a meal like that would set you back ¥1200 even in rural Saga. If you pay ¥1000 you also get coffee and homemade cake! The cake is soooo good too! Booking is advised because this place fills up fast but service is fast and friendly. Also, they offer free refills on rice. Honestly, this level of food at such low prices I felt bad not paying more!
