Xiāng Nán - 赤磐市

This is a chiffon cake specialty shop located in a residential neighborhood. They do not use any raising agents or stabilizers, and bake their cakes using only the power of eggs and flour to ensure that customers can eat safely with peace of mind. They offer a variety of chiffon cakes, including classic flavors like walnut, apple, rum raisin, and banana, as well as seasonal flavors like cherry blossom, strawberry, and mugwort. The most popular item seems to be the chocolate chiffon cake. We recently bought a variety of chiffon cakes and enjoyed them with our family, and every flavor was delicious. The Earl Grey flavor had a subtle tea taste that my wife really enjoyed.

I finally had the chance to go to this restaurant that I've been curious about.

I used to enjoy visiting this place for lunch, but now it is a specialty shop for chiffon cakes.

シフォンケーキが常時18種類は揃ってて 定番商品、不定期商品、季節商品と種類があるみたいです！ 全商品、種類ごとで買ってみました めっちゃ美味しくてまた買いに行きたいです！ たくさん買うと値段も安いし生クリームおまけしてもらえます！

自分の休日と営業日とがなかなか合わず、先日やっとお店に行けました。 8種類ほど購入して食べてみましたが、どれも美味しかったです。 生地はスポンジケーキに近いのでシュワシュワした生地を期待される方には外れるかもしれません。 その点だけがひとつマイナス… 一番好みだったのはジンジャー！ 生地に生姜の甘煮のみじん切りが入っていてエグ味がなく紅茶にもコーヒーにも合いとても美味しかったです。
