Hé Fēng Shāo Ròu れすとらん Jiǔ Hè

The tongue salt was exquisite!! The sauce was sweet but delicious. The marbled beef had a perfect balance of fat that you couldn't even tell it was marbled beef. The cherry yukke was also delicious. The restaurant's name is said to be derived from the wife's name, and she was a friendly and lovely wife.

I visited this restaurant for the first time after seeing the reviews. Despite it being Saturday night, the spacious interior was only occupied by our group and one other family, due to the impact of the coronavirus. The landlady and her daughter, I assume, provided friendly and kind service, which was great. I wonder if it is a family-run establishment? Now, onto the highly praised tongue salt... it was extremely delicious. A slight disappointment was that when the chuck flap was grilled, most of the fat melted away and almost disappeared (laughs). We tried various dishes, but the tongue salt was the best. Overall, the prices were reasonable and reassuring. It was mentioned on the menu that wrapping grilled tongue salt with leeks and eating it may have originated from this restaurant. It has a long history... I definitely want to visit again. I couldn't find any reviews, so I was worried about what kind of restaurant it was, but I used it as a post-marathon party for the Marugame Marathon. I chose it because it was open on weekends from 11am to night, so I could go straight there after the marathon. Many other restaurants open at 5pm, so the waiting time was long... As for the restaurant, it had a retro atmosphere and the menu wasn't very extensive, but it was reasonably priced. The highlights were the salted green onion tongue and harami, which were really delicious. This time, we went with a order-style, but I heard there's also an all-you-can-eat and drink option for 5000 yen. However, it seems that the contents are left up to the restaurant.

安くて肉もそこそこ美味い。 その辺のチェーン店に行くよりかは絶対に良い。 桜ユッケがめちゃくちゃうまい。 店の老夫婦も愛想よくてよい。 総合して星4。
