Risotto Cu Ciuperci Restaurante în Naples

Made it exactly as directed. It was delicious and everyone at the dinner party enjoyed it. I've made it twice now and anticipate making it in the future. A good neutral dish for any potluck also!

I read several comments about changes people had made. The only change I made was the type of rice I used- Arborio. It was creamy and delicious. It was THE hit of Easter dinner!

Ce risotto grozav la gust!! Am folosit supă de pui în loc de supă de legume și orez arborio, dar tot restul am urmat rețeta.
