Căpșuni din grădina mea din California.....extrem de bune. Făcute exact așa cum am fost indicat, deși soțul a vrut zahăr suplimentar.
Fac asta de câteva săptămâni acum (de când i-am luat fiicei mele un aparat de smoothie) și nu mi-am dat seama! Folosesc 1 lingură de zahăr și, în afară de această singură schimbare, fac practic totul.
Îmi place foarte mult acest lassi. Am înlocuit 2 pachete de Splenda cu zahărul și am folosit iaurt grecesc. Am folosit căpșuni congelate, așa că am omis gheața. A fost revigorant și ușor.
