Sehr sehr feiner Salat! Auch sehr gut, wenn die Linsen noch
etwas warm sind! (gut handwarm- aber nicht zu heiß, da sonst der Rucola matschig wird). Werde diese Rezept in meine "koche ich öfters Rezeptliste" aufnehmen.
Hallo, der Salat ist eine schöne Eiweiß-Mahlzeit. Ich habe den Rucola saisonbedingt mit Bärlauch ersetzt und die rote Paprika durch eine gelbe. Sehr lecker. Danke fürs Einstellen und Gruß, parmigiana
