Cel mai bun și unic lucru despre această rețetă este adăugarea brânzei parmesan în sos. Ca de obicei, am folosit suc de lămâie în loc de oțet.
L-am făcut pentru un BBQ. Ceapă roșie marinată, castravete, măsline negre și ardei roșu în sosul cremos. Așa cum au sugerat alții, am folosit aproximativ jumătate din ulei și am adăugat o stropire sau două de apă.
Salata a fost grozavă. Am adăugat un ardei galben.
