Aș fi folosit aproape această rețetă ca sugestie pentru a face mici modificări și a funcționat. Sosul meu a fost Kikkoman's Teriyaki Baste and Glaze. Am folosit un pui pre-gătit de la Sam's.
Singura schimbare pe care am făcut-o a fost că am folosit orez alb cu bob lung obișnuit, nu orez minute. A ieșit grozav.
