Added a dry rub of salt, pepper, paprika, and brown sugar before wrapping in foil. Did not overnight it and still turned out great!
Am copt o bucată în folie la 250 de grade timp de 4 ore. Am folosit doar un amestec de condimente uscate în timpul coacerii. Am adăugat sos de BBQ și le-am terminat pe grătar aproximativ 5 minute pe fiecare parte. Rezultate excelente!
